The Clinical Calendar is a daily task manager that, among other features, helps you sustain Med Sync patients.
From the left-hand navigation menu of your Patient Engagement Center, click on Calendar, then select Med Sync Calendar from the drop-down menu to view the Calendar screen.
To sustain Med Sync, use the following Clinical Calendar events daily:
- Sync Pickup is your patient’s sync date. For example, if the patient is synced to a 30-days-cycle, you will see a sync pickup event every 30 days on your calendar.
- Sync Fills show up 5 days prior to the sync pickup date. The 5-day window allows you to contact the physician for refills or order any out-of-stock medications.
- Short Fills show the short fill amount needed to reach the sync pickup date
- Full Fills show up if you are syncing a patient that has both 30 and 90 days’ supply medications. For example, the patient will need a full fill of the 30 days’ supply medication before the initial sync date to line up with the 90 days’ supply medication
Click on an event to view the list of patients associated with it. Click on See Medications for the list of medications included in the sync.
To remove a medication, click on the ⊝ icon. To hide this area, click on Hide Medications.
To print the full list, click Print, then Print All. To print fills for selected patients only, click on the checkboxes next to all desired patients, then click Print Selected.
