      How to register your pharmacy with the Washington D.C. (DOCIIS) Registry

      Step 1: Registration

      • Please complete the DC Registry Enrollment HERE
      • Click on Sign-up or Register
      • Fill out pharmacy information under Provider Information, Organization Address, and Primary Clinical Contact.
      • Fill out Vendor (PrescribeWellness SMP) information using the information in the screenshot below and click Save and Close.

      Step 2: Email Confirmation of Enrollment to Our Team

       

      Pharmacy Name/Vaccinations/DOCIIS Enrollment Completed

      The body of the email can include your pharmacy details and confirmation you have completed the DOCIIS enrollment steps above.

            Step 3: Documenting in the Vaccinations tool

            • Please document all administered immunizations in the PrescribeWellness Vaccinations Tool. If you need training on the PrescribeWellness Vaccinations Tool , please visit PrescribeWellness Success Center and register for a live workshop.
            • At this time, our team will work with DOCIIS registry to set up your pharmacy’s credentials and connection feed  

            Step 4: Final Steps

            PrescribeWellness will notify you with a confirmation email once your pharmacy has been approved for production and is live to report to DOCIIS registry with the Vaccinations tool.
