Services tab will display all service types and services that can be toggled on/off based on your availability. You can add any custom service types and services as well as access the patient web form to view what your patients will see when booking appointments.
To get to the Services page :
- Click on Calendars within the left-hand navigation menu
- Select Available Services from the submenu
Enabling Services
- Use the > icon to see services beneath each service type
- Use the toggles to turn on/off services
Viewing the Patient Facing Form
- Click the View Patient Web Form to access the patient facing form that is used to schedule an appointment

There are 4 default service types with default services for each:
Vaccines
- Flu
- Pneumococcal
- Covid-19
- HPV
- RSV
- Shingles
- Meningitis
Health Screenings
- Blood Pressure reading
- A1C reading
- Glucose screening
- Cholesterol screening
- Influenza test
- Strep test
- UTI test
Medication Review
- Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR)
Patient Education
- Weight Loss Management
- Smoking Cessation
- Diabetes Education
Creating Custom Service Types
- Click Create Service Type
- Enter the name of the custom service type
