Identifying Vaccine Eligible Patients

Use the filter to find patients with an eligible Needs Immunization task

1. To find patients eligible for a vaccine, simply filter the Queue by selecting the Needs Immunization filter under Intervention Types.
2. Select the drop down arrow next to the patient's name to view all eligible tasks for the patient, including Immunizations
3. Click on patient name to see the list of pharmacy opportunities under To Do
   and locate the Needs Immunization tasks on the left hand side of the patient profile 
4. To complete the service, note what the outcome of the service was whether patient education was provided and the immunization was administered, recommended, patient refused or no intervention was needed.
