Arkansas (AR-WebIZ) Registry Enrollment / HL7 Integration
Step 1: Creating an account
Complete this step if you do not currently have an AR-WebIZ account:

- Please send an email to iisforms@prescribewellness.com with confirmation pharmacy has an AR-WebIZ account and the Pharmacist in Charge individual NPI number.
Subject Line: <Account Name> | Vaccination Tool | My Pharmacy as an AR-WebIZ account.
Step 2: AR-WebIZ Waiting Queue
Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, the location will be added to the AR-WebIZ Waiting Queue. PrescribeWellness will reach out to the primary contact when your location has been moved into their testing phase.
Step 3: Documenting Vaccinations
During the testing phase, AR-WebIZ requires two weeks of error-free messages. Please continue to manually report immunizations to your state/local IIS portal.
Step 4: Final Integration Steps
Once Outcomes receives the approval and production credentials from your state registry, Outcomes will send an email confirmation that your pharmacy location has been approved to go live to report with your Vaccinations Tool to AR-WebIZ.
