How to register your pharmacy with the South Dakota (SD-SDIIS) Registry

Thank you for choosing Outcomes to assist you in your Electronic Immunization Reporting needs with your Immunization Registry. As part of the required regulatory connection process, there are required registration and testing steps that are unique to each registry.

Follow the steps below to assist with the registration process and receive the most common answers to questions during this process.

Step 1: Enrollment

  • Please send an email to csarmiento@trhc.com expressing your interest in SD-SDIIS Registry enrollment

Step 2: Documentation in the Vaccinations Tool and Training

  • Please continue to report immunizations to SD-SDIIS as well as within your Vaccinations tool

Step 3: Final Steps

South Dakota Status Check

  • The South Dakota Registry will provide Outcomes with testing credentials
  • Once credentials are received, your pharmacy will go into testing
  • SD-SDIIS will review the most recent vaccines and check to see that all required information has been submitted properly
  • After approval, you will receive a confirmation email that your pharmacy is ready for Production
