How to enroll your pharmacy with the New Hampshire (NH-NHIIS) Registry

Step 1: Registration

Please use the below information to complete the NHIIS HL7 Onboarding Registration Form:

  1. EHR Vendor HL7 and Software Information System:
    1. Vendor Name: PrescribeWellness SMP
    2. Name of the EHR Software: PrescribeWellness SMP
    3. Version of the Software: 2.0
  2. Does this software meet the requirements for HL7 v 2.5.1 messaging: Yes
  3. Does this software support SOAP Web Services use the CDC WSDL Messaging: Yes
  4. Is the HL7 Interface software cable of: Vaccine Reporting and query / response – VXU and Query Response submission: Bidirectional Exchange
  5. Will the interface report directly to NHIIS or will it use a centralized reporting hub: EHR Vendor Hub
  6. Does your EHR have the ability to send a historical data load using one or more of the following methods? Leave section blank. 

Step 2: Complete the Onboarding Portal Registration

Register as an onboarding user in order to receive a username and password to access the onboarding portal:

  1. Go to the Onboarding Portal and click Register next to First Time Here?
  2. Follow the detailed instructions noted in the NHIIS User Guide

Step 3: Pre-Validation Testing (Conformances Test)

Once the pharmacy can log into the onboarding user, please send an email to pwiis@outcomes.com with the following subject line: Pharmacy Name / Vaccination Tool / HL7 Onboarding Form & User Guide Complete.


A Pharmacy Integration Manager will reach out to the pharmacy about login information for the Onboarding Portal. The Outcomes IIS team will complete the Conformance Test on your behalf.

Step 4: NH-NHIIS Waiting Queue

Once Steps 1-3 have been completed, and the conformance test is complete, your location will move into the NHIIS waiting queue.

Step 5: Document Immunizations in NH-NHIIS and Outcomes

Continue to manually report immunizations to your state/local IIS portal AND update any tasks in the Outcomes platform.

Step 6: Pre-Kickoff Session with NH-NHIIS

      • The NHIIS Registry will send out a Pre-Kickoff Session email to EHR Vendor PrescribeWellness SMP and the pharmacy.
      • On the Pre- Kickoff call, NHIIS Registry will be reviewing the following topics:
        • Introduction
        • Process for Testing and Troubleshooting HL7 Messages
        • Timelines for HL7 Testing
        • Confirmation of Provider/Clinic Setup
        • Support Resources
        • Next Steps
      • After the Pre- Kickoff Session the pharmacy will then move on to testing.
      Step 7: Testing Phase

      NHIIS Registry requires a minimum or more of 6 weeks of testing. After NHIIS approves the pharmacy to go live to report, they will schedule a Production Kick off Session

      Step 8: Production Kickoff Session with NH-NHIIS

      • The NHIIS Registry will send out a Production-Kickoff Session email to EHR Vendor PrescribeWellness and the pharmacy.
      • During the production call NHIIS will review the following:
        • Audit Report of Test Data
        • Go-live expectations and planning
        • After the Production Kickoff Session, the pharmacy will move into production

      Step 9: Final Integration Steps

      The Outcomes IIS team will send an email confirmation once your pharmacy is approved to go live to report vaccines to NH-NHIIS.
