How to enroll your pharmacy with the New Hampshire (NH-NHIIS) Registry
Step 1: Registration
Please use the below information to complete the NHIIS HL7 Onboarding Registration Form:
- EHR Vendor HL7 and Software Information System:
- Vendor Name: Outcomes
- Name of the EHR Software: Outcomes
- Version of the Software: 2.0
- Does this software meet the requirements for HL7 v 2.5.1 messaging: Yes
- Does this software support SOAP Web Services use the CDC WSDL Messaging: Yes
- Is the HL7 Interface software cable of Vaccine Reporting and query/response? VXU and Query Response submission: Bidirectional Exchange
- Will the interface report directly to NHIIS or will it use a centralized reporting hub: EHR Vendor Hub
- Does your EHR have the ability to send a historical data load using one or more of the following methods? Leave section blank.
Onboarding Portal Registration
Every onboarding user is required to register in order to receive a username and password to access the onboarding portal:

Step 2: Confirmation Email
Once you've completed the registration process, please send a confirmation email to iisforms@prescribewellness.com with the following subject line: Pharmacy Name / VaccineComplete / HL7 Onboarding Form & User Guide Complete.
A Pharmacy Integration Manager will then reach out to your pharmacy regarding your login information for the Onboarding Portal. Outcomes will complete the Conformance Test on your behalf, which will move your location into the NHIIS waiting queue.
Step 3: Document Immunizations
- Please continue to report immunizations to NH-NHIIS and in the Vaccinations tool while Outcomes works on your pharmacy’s integration.
Step 4: Pre-Kickoff Session with NH-NHIIS
- NHIIS will send out a pre-kickoff session email to Outcomes and your pharmacy.
- On the Pre- Kickoff call, NHIIS Registry will be reviewing the following topics:
- Introduction
- Process for Testing and Troubleshooting HL7 Messages
- Timelines for HL7 Testing
- Confirmation of Provider/Clinic Setup
- Support Resources
- Next Steps
- After the session, your pharmacy will then move on to testing.
- On the Pre- Kickoff call, NHIIS Registry will be reviewing the following topics:
Step 4: NH-NHIIS Pre-Integration Steps
- NHIIS will send out a pre-integration kick-off session email to Outcomes and your pharmacy. After the session, your pharmacy will then move into testing.
- NHIIS requires a minimum of 6 weeks of testing. After NHIIS approves your pharmacy to go live for reporting, they will schedule a production kickoff session.
- After this session, your pharmacy will officially move into production.
Step 5: Testing Phase
NHIIS Registry requires a minimum of 6 weeks of testing. After NHIIS approves your pharmacy to go live to report, they will schedule a production kick-off session.
Step 6: NH-NHIIS Production Kick-off
- NHIIS will send out a production kick-off session email to Outcomes and your pharmacy.
- During the production call NHIIS will review the following:
- Audit Report of Test Data
- Go-live expectations and planning
- After this session, your pharmacy will move into production.
Step 7: Final Integration Steps
Once Outcomes receives the approval and production credentials from NHIIS, we will send an email confirming that your pharmacy is approved for production and is live to report to the registry with the Vaccinations tool.
