How to register your pharmacy with the Maine (ME-ImmPact) Registry
Step 1: Registration
Complete the ME-Immpact Registry enrollment:
- Please complete the ImmPact Individual User Agreement
- Please complete the ImmPact Administrator Agreement
- Please download, save, and return the forms back to iisforms@prescribewellness.com. Be sure to include your Pharmacy name, state, and contact information in the email.
Step 2: Document Vaccines in Your Patient Engagement Center
Please document all administered immunizations in Outcomes.
Step 3: Production
When your pharmacy is approved to Go Live with the Registry for automated reporting, the Outcomes team will send you an email to confirm. Once your pharmacy is in production, you will no longer need to report vaccines on your state registry website manually.
