      Printing Vaccine History

      View Vaccine History and print vaccine notifications for both patients and providers

      1. Go to Patient Profile, click on needle icon on the right hand side to view Immunization History.
      2. To print a patient notification, select at least one vaccine and click on the printer icon.
      3. To print a provider notification to fax, select at least one vaccine and click on the fax icon. Enter PCP's information and click Create Fax.
