      Checking IIS Reporting Status

      Within your left-hand navigation menu, the red tag on Vaccinations displays the number of unresolved rejected vaccination records.

      1. To investigate rejected records, click on Vaccinations
      2. The IIS Rejected tab will be open by default. Here, you will see a list of patients with rejected records. Click on a patient’s name to view their patient vaccinations profile
      3. Under Vaccine History, the rejected record will be tagged. Click Edit.
      4. The red field explains why the record was rejected. Fix the errors and re-save the record
