      How to register your pharmacy with the Minnesota (MN-MIIC) Registry

      Step 1: Complete the registration of intent

      • What is the purpose of this project? Create a new interface
      • Will your organization send messages through a direct interface with MIIC or through a third-party hub? Third-party (intermediary or hub)
      • Describe the intermediary or hub. Provide the MIIC shortcode if you know it. EHR Outcomes
      • Target Message Type: Bi-Directional
      • Target Message Protocol: SOAP Web Services
      • Target Message Format: HL7 2.5.1 r1.5

      Step 2: Confirmation email

      Please send a confirmation email to iisforms@prescribewellness.com with the following subject line: Pharmacy Name / VaccineComplete / MN Survey Completed

      Step 3: Document Immunizations

      Please continue to report immunizations to MN-MIIC and in the Vaccinations tool while PrescribeWellness works on your pharmacy’s integration.

          Step 4: Final Integration Steps

          Once you've completed the survey, your pharmacy will be listed on the MN-MIIC queue. MN-MIIC will then reach out to PrescribeWellness when they are ready to start testing.

          PrescribeWellness will send you an email confirmation when your pharmacy location has been approved to go live to report to MN-MIIC with your Vaccinations tool.
