      How to register your pharmacy with the South Carolina (SC-SIMON) Registry

      Step 1: Registration

      1. Visit South Carolina Registry Website Simon:

      • https://scdhec.gov/SIMON
      • Click Access SIMON in the left-hand corner
      • Click Request User Account to create an account with SIMON

      2. Send an email confirmation to iisforms@prescribewellness.com when you complete the enrollment steps:

      • Please include the following in the subject line: Pharmacy Name / SC-SIMON Completed User Request
      • If you already have an account with SC-SIMON, please send your Organization ID to iisforms@prescribewellness.com along with your pharmacy name, state, and contact information.

        Step 2: Document Vaccines in Outcomes

        Please continue documenting all administered immunizations in Outcomes.


        Step 3: Production

        When your pharmacy is approved to go live with the state registry for automated reporting, the Outcomes team will send you a confirmation email with your start date. Once your pharmacy is in production, you will no longer need to manually report vaccines on your state registry website.
