How to register your pharmacy with the South Carolina (SC-SIMON) Registry
Step 1: Registration
1. Visit South Carolina Registry Website Simon:
- https://scdhec.gov/SIMON
- Click Access SIMON in the left-hand corner
- Click Request User Account to create an account with SIMON
2. Send an email confirmation to iisforms@prescribewellness.com when you complete the enrollment steps:
- Please include the following in the subject line: Pharmacy Name / SC-SIMON Completed User Request
- If you already have an account with SC-SIMON, please send your Organization ID to iisforms@prescribewellness.com along with your pharmacy name, state, and contact information.
Step 2: Document Vaccines in Your Patient Engagement Center
Please continue documenting all administered immunizations in your Patient Engagement Center. If you need training on the PrescribeWellness VaccineComplete tool, please visit Success Center and register for a live webinar.

Step 3: Production
When your pharmacy is approved to go live with the state registry for automated reporting, the PrescribeWellness team will send you a confirmation email with your start date. Once your pharmacy is in production, you will no longer need to manually report vaccines on your state registry website.
