How to register your pharmacy with the Mississippi (MIIX) Registry

Step 1: Create an Account with MS-MIIX

If you do not have an account with MS-MIIX, click HERE and complete the online form for all staff in your facility needing access to MIIX

Step 2: Complete Mississippi MIIX Readiness Assessment Questionnaire

Fill out and complete the MIIX Readiness Assessment Questionnaire HERE

Step 3: Email Confirmation of Enrollment to Outcomes

Attach a copy of the MIIX Readiness Assessment Questionnaire and email the IIS team at pwiisforms@outcomes.com with the following subject line: <Insert Pharmacy Name> / MIIX Enrollment Completed

Step 4: Document Vaccinations in MIIX and Outcomes

Continue to manually report immunizations to your state/local IIS portal and update any tasks in Outcomes while our team works on the connection to the state registry.


At this time, Outcomes will work with MIIX registry to set up the pharmacy’s credentials and connection feed to start the pharmacy’s data testing stage and process

Step 5: Final Integration Steps

The IIS team at Outcomes will notify the pharmacy with a confirmation email once the pharmacy has passed testing. The team will also provide you with the date you are going live with electronic immunization reporting to MIIX registry.
