      How to register your pharmacy with the Mississippi (MIIX) Registry

      Step 1: Complete the enrollment forms

      1. If you do not have an account with MS-MIIX, click HERE to complete the online enrollment form for all staff in your facility needing access to MIIX.

      2. Please complete the MIIX Readiness Assessment Questionnaire.

          Step 2: Confirmation email

          Please email iisforms@prescribewellness.com a copy of your completed questionnaire with the following subject line: [Pharmacy Name] / Vaccinations Tool / MIIX Enrollment Completed

          Step 3: Document Immunizations

          • Please continue to document immunizations in the Vaccinations tool while Outcomes works on your pharmacy’s integration.
          • During this time, our team will work with MIIX to set up your pharmacy’s credentials and connection feed. We will also begin the data testing stage and process.

              Step 4: Final Integration Steps

              Outcomes will send you an email confirmation when your pharmacy location has been approved to go live to report to MIIX with your Vaccinations tool.
