Correcting Vaccine Records

To correct vaccine records and re-submit to state registry, filter for Immunization Registry Rejection tasks.

  1. To find vaccine records that need to be corrected, you can filter one of two ways:
    1. Click on View Tasks in the Immunization Registry Rejection notification upon first login
    2. Filter the Queue by selecting the Immunization Rejection filter under Intervention Types.
  2. Any patients with an Immunization Rejection task will have a red Urgent badge to the right of the patient name
  3. Select the drop down arrow next to the patient's name to view all eligible tasks for the patient, including Immunization Rejections
  4. Click on patient name to see the list of pharmacy opportunities under To Do
    and locate the Immunization Rejection tasks on the left hand side of the patient profile 
  5. The Immunization Rejection task will display which vaccine requires immediate attention. This task will only show the missing or invalid fields that need to be corrected. 
  6. Submit the task to ensure the information provided is loaded into the state’s immunization registry
