      How to enroll your pharmacy with the Nebraska (NE-NESIIS) Registry

      Step 1: Registration

      Please use the below information to complete the Meaningful Use and Public Health Data Registries Registration Form:

      • Current EHR Software Vendor: Outcomes
      • EHR Product and Version: Outcomes and Version 2.0
      • What version of HL& is the EHR Using? 2.5.1
      • Technical (IT) Contact Person:
        • Name - Christina Sarmiento
        • Title - Pharmacy Integration Manager
        • Phone - 949-398-4622 (ext: N/A)
        • Email Address - CSarmiento@prescribewellness.com

        Step 2: Confirmation Email

        Once complete, please send a confirmation email to csarmiento@prescribewellness.com with the following subject line: Pharmacy Name / Vaccinations / MN Survey Completed.

            Step 3: Document Immunizations

            • Please continue to report immunizations to NE-NESIIS and in the Vaccinations tool while Outcomes works on your pharmacy’s integration.

            Step 4: Final Integration Steps

            1. After completing the registration form, your pharmacy will be placed in the queue with NE-NESIIS.
            2. NE-NESIIS will then reach out to the provider and Outcomes when they're ready to begin testing.
            3. PrescribeWellness will send an email confirmation when your pharmacy location has been approved to go live to report with NE-NESIIS.
