      How to register your pharmacy with the Rhode Island (RI-CAIR) Registry

      Step 1: Registration

      If you do not currently have a RI-CAIR account, complete the state-supplied vaccine program enrollment form HERE.

          HL7 Integration Steps

          Step 2: Complete the Meaningful Use Immunization Registration of Intent

          1. Click HERE to download the form.
          2. Email the completed form to jeff.goggin@health.ri.gov.

          Step 3: Email to PrescribeWellness

          Please email your completed Meaningful Use Immunization Registration of Intent to iisforms@prescribewellness.com with the following subject line: [Pharmacy Name] / Vaccination Tool / RI-CAIR MU Registration

          Once sent, your location will move to the RI-CAIR waiting queue.

          Step 4: Reporting to RI-CAIR

          • Please continue to report immunizations to RI-CAIR and in the Vaccinations tool while PrescribeWellness works on your pharmacy’s integration.
          • If you need training on the PrescribeWellness Vaccinations tool, please visit PrescribeWellness Success Center and register for a live workshop.

          Step 5: Final Integration Steps

          PrescribeWellness will send you an email confirmation when your pharmacy location has been approved to go live to report to RI-CAIR with your Vaccinations tool.
