      What does this column represent?

      • BILLED looks at the total amount that your pharmacy has billed for a patient’s maintenance medications over the last 12 months.
      • MISS. OPP. looks at the additional amount that you would have been able to bill for if the patient were to be 100% adherent to their maintenance medications.
