Campaign Recording Instructions

Instructions to record voice campaign messages to be sent to patients.

At the end of each message, say "I would like to start this campaign on MM/DD/YY." I recommend recording your message from a landline for better audio quality. While recording, speak with a conversation pace and tone.

To access your message & campaign management options, please follow the steps below. 

1. Call 1-855-268-4590 (for Puerto Rico, dial 954-889-3055).

2. When prompted, enter your account number (as your user name) followed by the # key.

3. Next, input the password 4451, followed by the # key.

4. Press 1 to select "Message Management."

5. Then, press 2 to choose the "No Message ID" option.

6. You can now record your message. () Once you are finished, press the # key.

7. To listen to your recording, press 1. If you need to re-record, press 2.

8. When you are satisfied with your recording, press 3 to save it.
