Cancelling a Campaign

Patient data is loaded nightly; therefore, you may want to cancel a scheduled communication (call or text) if it is no longer needed. For example, a patient may be scheduled to receive a Clinical Refill Reminder campaign message today, but they come into the pharmacy and picks up their refill. You want to cancel the campaign message since it is no longer needed.

To cancel a scheduled campaign message, follow these steps:

  • 1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Comms.
  • 2. From the submenu, select Connections.
  • 3. Click on the Scheduled tab to view the list of campaign messages.
  • 4. Find the campaign message you wish to cancel and click the x icon next to it.
  • 5. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes to proceed with the cancellation, or click No if you wish to keep the message scheduled.
