Editing Patient Communication Preferences

Within the Communications tab of the patient profile, you can manage patient phone numbers and communication preferences.

To add a phone number to the patient’s profile:

1) Click Add New Number.

2) Mark whether the number is a Cellphone or a Landline using the toggle.

3) Click Save.

To edit the patient's communication preferences:

1) Click Edit communication preferences.

2) For each of the four campaign categories, select the patient’s Primary Channel (Voice or Text).

3) For each of the four campaign categories, select the patient's Preferred Contact number.

4) Click Save.

To opt the patient in/out of receiving future campaigns:

1) Use the toggle next to each campaign category (Opt In is the default setting).

2) Click Save.
