      Enrolling a Patient in Care Campaigns

      What are Care Campaigns? Text messaging programs designed to help patients manage their chronic conditions. Each campaign lasts for 365 days. During the first 2 months patients will receive 1 text per day and then decrease in frequency.

      How to Enroll a Patient in Care Campaigns

      • Navigate to a patient’s profile
      • Select Communications from the Patient Details submenu
      • Click the Care Campaigns tab
      • Click the + next to the Care Campaign you want to enroll your patient into and then select the desired Start Date
      • Add any relevant Notes
      • Click the Enroll button to complete the process
