Getting Started With Patient Communications

How do I set up new campaigns?

An Outcomes representative will work with you to set up voice and text communications based on your pharmacy’s needs. Contact your account manager to get started.

Types of campaigns

There are four types of campaigns included with Patient Communications:

  • Recurring: Communications that are run daily based on set patient criteria from your dispensing data (ex: Clinical Refill Reminder)
  • One-time: Communications that will run once or as needed based on set criteria set by you (ex: Health screening at your pharmacy or Home Delivery Notification)
  • On Demand: Have something to say to a select group of patients but don’t want to call? Say what you want with a custom texting feature that you set up yourself!
  • Care: Text communications that are sent on a set schedule to select patients that have been enrolled in these campaigns (ex: Smoking Cessation/Diabetes Education Campaign)
