Faxing Your Custom Document
To fax a custom document from the Message Center:
- Click Create Fax. A pop-up window will appear.
- Under Send To, select who you would like to send the fax to. You can either enter a 10-digit fax number or search for the physician’s name.
- Click on Select Files to select which file to load. Files must be in .pdf format.
- After you’ve loaded the file, enter the Fax Title.
- To associate the fax to a patient, begin typing the patient’s name in the Search patients field. Select your patient from the options.
- Click Send Fax.
Note: A record of the fax will be listed in the Fax tab of the Message Center as well as in the Contact History of the associated patient’s profile.
