Scheduling an OnDemand Campaign

An OnDemand campaign generates calls to a specified list of patients or phone numbers.

You can schedule an OnDemand campaign from the Campaign Center by manually enter a desired list of phone numbers or by selecting patients from the patient lists.

Scheduling a campaign from Campaign Center

Click on Comms within the left-hand navigation menu
Select Campaign Center from the submenu
Click the OnDemand button
Input phone number(s) you’d like to receive your OnDemand campaign (You can even copy and paste numbers from dispensing system lists)
Select the language you’d like the campaign to be sent in
Click Next
Select which time you would like the campaign to be sent. Then, click Select next to the desired campaign message. Each campaign is labeled either Voice or SMS depending on the type of communication. You can use the drop-down menu labeled Any to filter between types of campaigns.
Review your selected OnDemand communication. Once you have confirmed the information is correct, click the Send Message button to send the campaign.

You can input up to 500 phone numbers at once. Voice Campaigns will be sent in batches of 100, each batch sent over a 15-minute period. Once the period has ended, you can begin another OnDemand campaign.

Scheduling a campaign from a patient list

Click on Patients within the left-hand navigation menu
Select the patient list (Active, Medicare Eligible, Med Sync Eligible, Vaccinations) you would like to use from the submenu
Select the patients that you would like to send a communication to. Once you have selected your chosen patients, click on the Actions button above the list and select OnDemand.
Select which time you would like for the campaign to be sent. Then, click on Select next to the desired campaign message. (Each campaign is labeled either Voice or SMS depending on the type of communication. You can use the Any drop-down menu to filter between types of campaigns.)
Review your selected OnDemand communication. Once you have confirmed the information is correct, click on Send Message to send the campaign.
