Sending Medicare Campaigns

If you have Patient Communications, you can record three messages to educate patients. Any Medicare Eligibility messages can be sent to patients as an OnDemand campaign.

To send a campaign from the Medicare Eligible patient lists, click on the checkmarks next to desired patients and then click on OnDemand.

In the OnDemand pop-up window, schedule the call. Remember that you are limited to 500 patients per OnDemand campaign.
