      Using the Message Center

      To get to the Message Center:

      • Click on Comms within the left-hand navigation menu
      • Select Message Center from the submenu

      The Message Center provides you with a centralized place to send, view, and respond to all of your patient messages. This real time, two way texting solution helps your patients communicate with your staff over SMS while allowing your staff a more efficient way to connect with multiple patients at the same time.
