Appointments: Confirming or Rescheduling an Appointment With a Patient

Once your pharmacy receives an appointment request from a patient, it is important that you confirm the appointment with the patient. If for whatever reason you need to reschedule an appointment, we recommend communicating that with the patient as soon as possible.
