How do I get the most from my Message Center?
- Make sure to check your Message Center daily! This is where any and all patient text messages will be collected – so you won’t want to miss anything!
- If you need to send mass text messages, use the OnDemand feature on any patient list. All patient responses will be sent within the Message Center.
- Be sure to update patient contact information regularly. This will help to ensure that your patients are receiving all your important communications. Review Editing Patient Communication Preferences for more information.
